Dooley Awadalla
Co-founder & General ManagerDooley has over 25 years in international business and banking, holding senior roles at HSBC and the National Bank of Abu Dhabi. He joined Bluebell Holdings in 2010 and recently launched Lanya SQS in the UAE. Dooley is fluent in five languages, and holds a BA in International Economics and an MBA.

With a career spanning the US, UK and the Middle East, she is renowned for creating powerful films that promote challenge perceptions. She is President of Women in Film & TV – MENA and advises governments on building local film industries.

Project Management DirectorStefano Leopaldi has 25 years of experience in the jewelry, luxury watch, and real estate industries. He started as Director of Cartier boutiques and later worked with Damiani and De Grisogono before moving into real estate in Dubai. He also serves as the Italian Honorary Consul in the Far East.

Creative DirectorFanni is a multimedia artist with a strong foundation in various art forms and the software tools to support them. With extensive experience in UX/UI design honed through roles such as leading UX/UI projects at OTP Bank. She holds a BA in Media Design from METU.

Executive AssistantViktoria holds a Bachelor's degree from the International School of Business in Human Resource Management and Business Psychology and began her career with an internship in the Human Resources Training Department of a K&H Bank. Since then, she has gained valuable experience across the e-learning and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
